If you’re having guests travel from out of town for your wedding, it’s a nice gesture to help them find a place to stay throughout the wedding weekend and we are more than happy to help your guests.
Eventi Gaia puts together a list of suggestions for places to stay in the area, working with local hotels to reserve a room block.
A hotel room block is the best way to ensure your guests have a place to stay near your reception.
We recommend multiple hotels, at different price points, so that guests have options on how much they’d like to spend.
We know your guests will need tips on many aspects. Where to stay, restaurants and bars, transport and things to do or see while they are here. Not to mention helpful emergency service numbers, baby-sitting services, tailors or beauty salons.. Therefore we’ll provide you with all this information so you can share it with your guests. We will also be happy to advise and support your guests for group bookings even though we are not a travel agency.
